Section 813 - Abandonment of Application(a) An application, other than a renewal application, shall be deemed abandoned whenever an applicant fails to return an application rejected for insufficiency or incompleteness within 90 days from date of original notice of rejection. This 90-day period may be extended by the Registrar for good cause.(b) Any application so abandoned may not be reinstated; however, the applicant may file a new application accompanied by the required fee.Cal.
