Section 367.2 - DefinitionsAs used in this Article:
(a) "Board" means the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.(b) "Licensed person" means a natural person who is duly licensed under the provisions of the Chiropractic Act to render the same professional services as are or will be rendered by the professional corporation of which he is, or intends to become, an officer, director, shareholder or employee.(c) "Certificate of Registration" means a certificate of registration as a chiropractic corporation.(d) "Professional services" means rendering professional services as a chiropractor.Cal.
