(a) The telephone medical advice services application processing and initial registration fee shall be $7500, payable by the applicant at the time that the application is submitted to the Bureau.(b) The telephone medical advice services biennial renewal fee shall be $7500.(c) The delinquency fee for any registration that is renewed after its expiration date shall be $1000.Cal.
