Section 3648 - Personnel Policies(a) Each Grantee shall have an employee designated as "Program Administrator." The Program Administrator shall be responsible for overall program management.(b) Each Grantee shall maintain written job descriptions and job qualifications for all staff and volunteer classifications.(c) Each Grantee shall maintain a current organizational chart that reflects its organizational structure.Cal.
