Section 3642 - Yearly Fiscal Reports(a) The Grantee shall submit a yearly report prepared by an independent accountant that describes and assesses the Grantee's fiscal practices and status. The report shall be delivered to the Board of Supervisors or its designee and to the Department of Consumer Affairs no later than 90 days from the close of the grant period.(b) Annually or within ninety days of the close of each grant period, the Grantee shall submit to the Board of Supervisors or its designee and to the Department of Consumer Affairs a final reconciliation of actual revenues and expenses compared to the estimated budget for the grant period.Cal.
