(a) Those medical schools accredited by the Bureau of Professional Education of the American Osteopathic Association shall be deemed to be approved by the Board for the giving of resident professional instruction in medicine.(b) A current list of such medical schools shall be maintained on file in the Sacramento office of the Board.(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the Board from disapproving a medical school which does not comply with Code Sections 2089 and 2089.5.Cal.
