Section 1659.20 - Public Letter of Reprimand; Contents; Disclosure(a) A public letter of reprimand shall describe the nature and facts of the violation and shall be served upon the licensee by certified mail.(b) A letter of reprimand that has been accepted by a licensee and issued pursuant to this article shall be disclosed to an inquiring member of the public.Cal.
