Section 1428.6 - Policies Relating to Establishing Eligibility for Examination(a) At least four (4) weeks prior to its established graduation date, the nursing program shall submit to the board a roster of names of those students and their expected date to successfully complete required course work. Except as provided below such a student shall be deemed eligible to take the examination after the date on which the student successfully completed the required course work.(b) The nursing program shall notify the board immediately by telephone, facsimile, or e-mail of any student who fails to maintain eligibility and such individuals shall be deemed ineligible to take the examination.Cal.
