Section 1414.5 - Temporary License(a) A person who meets the requirements of Section 2733 of the code may apply for a temporary license.(b) An applicant whose application for a temporary license has been rejected shall be deemed to have abandoned the application if he/she does not submit evidence that he/she has removed the deficiencies specified in the written evaluation notice within a one-year period from the date of the written evaluation notice.Cal.
