Section 1399.16 - Issuance of Initial Probationary License(a) The authority to issue an initial probationary license is delegated to the executive officer of the Board. In the absence of the executive officer the authority is delegated to the board president or in his or her absence the vice-president.(b) When the executive officer finds that the issuance of an initial probationary license is necessary in accordance with section 2660.2 of the Act, the Board's Disciplinary Guidelines specified in section 1399.15 of these regulations shall serve as guidelines for the terms and conditions of an initial probationary license.Cal.
