Section 1331 - Form of Certificates(a) The division shall adopt each form of certificate issued in compliance with Section 164 of the code. Each class of certificate shall bear a letter designating the class thereof, followed by a serial number to establish its identity and to effectuate a numerical record.(b) All reciprocity certificates shall have a designating stamp thereon in the form prescribed by the division in compliance with Section 164 of the code.Cal.
