Section 1315.03 - Criteria for Eligibility to Participate in Review Committee(a) In order to be considered for appointment to the review committee required by Section 2168.1 of the code, a medical school representative shall:(1) Be a senior administrator designated by the dean of the medical school;(2) Possess a current valid physician's and surgeon's certificate in California;(3) Be involved in and knowledgeable about graduate medical education and the academic review process; and(4) Submit a current curriculum vitae.(b) The committee members shall serve at the pleasure of the Division.Cal.
