Section 1315.01 - Definitions(a) "Dean of the medical school" means the dean of the overall medical school or that person's designee to whom the dean has given written authorization to provide the certifications required by Sections 2168.1 and 2168.2 of the code.(b) "Special faculty permit" means the permit to practice medicine described in Article 8.5 of Chapter 5 of Division 2 (commencing with Section 2168) of the code.Cal.
