Section 1340 - Conditions of Employment(a) Any licensed charitable and eleemosynary institution, foundation or clinic may employ physicians and surgeons so long as such an institution, foundation or clinic does not require a charge for professional medical services rendered patients.(b) Such employment does not require prior approval of the division.Cal.
