Section 1043.7 - Manner of Giving Notice of Evaluation

Upon receipt of either an application for a general anesthesia permit or a moderate sedation permit or where the Board determines in any other case that there shall be an onsite inspection and evaluation, the Board shall determine the date and time of such evaluation and shall so inform the dentist.
