Section 6003 - Executive Board(a) The Commission on Correctional Peace Officer Standards and Training (CPOST) shall be comprised of members pursuant to Penal Code (PC) Section 13600.(b) The CPOST officers shall be elected from the Executive Board members for a two-year term.(c) The CPOST commissioners serve four-year terms until succeeded by their respective organization or upon resignation pursuant to PC Section 13600.Cal.
