Section 5330 - General. Sections 3151 and 3201(c) of the Welfare and Institutions Code Invests the Board with the Authority to:(a) Suspend the release of an outpatient who is under the jurisdiction of the Narcotic Addict Evaluation Authority and cause him to be retaken and returned to the California Rehabilitation Center or branch thereof;(b) Adopt rules and regulations according to which an outpatient may be retaken into custody and returned to the California Rehabilitation Center or branch thereof.Cal.
