Section 4490 - Disbursement of Funds(a) Upon approval of a contract, up to 25% of the award may be disbursed in advance to a nonprofit agency.(b) Contractor requests for payments shall include supporting documentation required by the Department. Examples of supporting documentation include but may not be limited to: copies of invoices and cancelled warrants or receipts.
