Section 4481 - Time Schedule(a) Private nonprofit agencies, public agencies and joint ventures may not apply for funds until the Department distributes the Request for Proposal.(b) The Director shall set a date for the start and close of any funding cycle.(c) Applications received after the submission deadline of a funding cycle will not be considered in that funding cycle.Cal.
