Section 3999.366 - Dental Program Health Care Review Committee(a) The Dental Program Health Care Review Committee (DPHCRC) shall meet as often as necessary to review cases approved by the Dental Authorization Review (DAR) Committee for those dental services listed in sections 3999.365(a)(1), (2), (4) and (5). DPHCRC decisions shall be completed within 15 business days of receipt and shall be based on criteria established in section 3999.200(c).(b) The treating dentist shall notify the patient of the DPHCRC's decision regarding dental services and document the decision in the patient's health record.Cal.
