Section 3999.14 - Urinalysis Testing Pilot Program (DAPO). [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3999.14

1. New section (Instructional Memorandum implementing Pilot Program for the Urinalysis Testing Program and Forms CDCR 2249 and CDCR 2250) filed 10-25-2012; operative 10-25-2012 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(c). Submitted to OAL for filing with the Secretary of State and printing only pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(b) (Register 2012, No. 43). Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-25-2014 pursuant to Penal Code 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
2. Amendment filed 1-15-2013; operative 1-15-2013 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(c). Submitted to OAL for filing with the Secretary of State and printing only pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(b) (Register 2013, No. 3). Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-25-2014 pursuant to Penal Code 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
3. Repealer filed 7-17-2014 as an emergency; operative 7-17-2014 (Register 2014, No. 29). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-24-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
