Section 3751 - Criteria for Placement of a Parole Hold(a) A parolee suspected of a parole violation may be detained by a parole hold for any of the following reasons:(1) The parolee is a danger to the person or property of another.(2) The parolee is suspected of a parole violation and is believed to be at high risk to abscond from parole supervision based on prior parole supervision history or other case factors or information.Cal.
