(a) At all female institutions, the Associate Warden, Community Beds Coordinators, Reception Center (RC), and the Program Services Division, are administratively responsible for the identification, recruitment, and endorsement of inmates for the Community Participant Mother Program (CPMP).(b) All correctional counselors shall be responsible to notify female inmates of the availability of the CPMP and the application process.(c) Inmates shall be notified of the CPMP application process during RC processing and general population initial and annual classification review. Upon notification, inmates shall sign a CDC Form 128-B (Rev. 4/74) General Chrono, which is incorporated by reference.(d) Inmates shall be notified of the CPMP during any scheduled orientation sessions in the RC and general population. During such sessions, any interested inmates shall be provided with CPMP information packages.(e) The CDCR Form 415-D (Rev. 7/23), Community Participant Mother Program -- Notification, which is incorporated by reference, shall be prominently posted in all inmate housing units, Law Libraries, and common areas.Cal.
