Section 3061 - Personal Hygiene(a) Inmates must keep themselves clean, and practice those health habits essential to the maintenance of physical and mental well-being. All inmates shall receive basic supplies necessary for maintaining personal hygiene. Inmates shall be provided products for washing hands, bathing, oral hygiene, and other personal hygiene, including but not limited to: soap, toothpaste or toothpowder, toothbrush, and toilet paper.Cal.
