Section 3021 - Falsification of Records or Documents

Inmates and parolees must not intentionally enter or introduce false information into or upon any record or document maintained by the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Inmates and parolees must not destroy, delete, remove or otherwise intentionally cause any record or document maintained by the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to be a false or incomplete record or document by reason of such action.
