Section 3007 - Sexual Behavior

Incarcerated persons may not participate in illegal sexual acts. Incarcerated persons are specifically excluded in laws which remove legal restraints from acts between consenting adults. Incarcerated persons must avoid deliberately placing themselves in situations and behaving in a manner which is designed to encourage illegal sexual acts.
