Section 17896.32 - Odor and Nuisance Control

Each in-vessel digestion operation and facility shall be conducted and maintained:

(a) in a manner that minimizes odor impacts so as to not cause a nuisance, and

(b) to otherwise prevent the creation of a nuisance.
