Section 17896.15 - In-Vessel Digestion Report(a) Each operator of a Large Volume In-vessel Digestion Facility, as defined in section 17896.2(a)(15) shall file with the EA an "In-Vessel Digestion Report" (as specified in section 18221.6.1). An operator of an existing facility who submits an application package to the EA, pursuant to Title 27, section 21570, which proposes to change the facility's operations, or to change the solid waste facility permit shall do one of the following: (1) submit the updated information as an amendment to the existing In-vessel Digestion Report; or(2) submit a complete In-vessel Digestion Report as described in section 18221.6.1.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 17896.15
