Section 17409.5.11 - Remnant Organic Material Separated from Gray Container Processing(a) Remnant organic material separated from the gray container collection stream for recovery is not subject to the requirements of Sections 17409.5.1 and 17409.5.8. (1) Remnant organic material removed from the gray container collection stream for recovery can be combined with organic material removed from the source separated organic waste collection stream for recovery once the material from the source separated organic waste collection stream has gone through the measurement protocol described in Section 17409.5.4.Cal.
