Section 17407.3 - Drainage Control(a) Drainage at all operations and facilities shall be controlled to: (1) minimize the creation of contact water;(2) prevent to the greatest extent possible given existing weather conditions, the uncontrolled off-site migration of contact water;(3) protect the integrity of roads and structures;(4) protect the public health; and(5) prevent safety hazards and interference with operations.Cal.
