Section 17380.1 - Purpose(a) It is the board's intent in adopting this Article to encourage the recycling and reuse of C&D debris and inert debris that may otherwise be disposed in a solid waste disposal facility.(b) These regulations are intended to provide a sufficient level of information and oversight to ensure that the receipt, storage, handling, transfer, and processing of C&D debris and inert debris will be conducted in a manner which meets the purposes of the Act while protecting public health, safety and the environment.Cal.
