Section 17346.7 - Siting Criteria(a) Waste tire monofill facilities shall not be sited in an area subject to inundation or washout due to floods with a 100-year return period.(b) Waste tire monofills shall meet seismic design criteria for Class III units as set forth in Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section 20370.Cal.
