Section 17225.822 - Exempt or Excluded

"Exempt or Excluded" means a waste tire facility storing a total of 500 or more waste tires, as authorized by Public Resources Code sections 42823.5(a) or 42831, or as specified in section of Title 1418420(a) of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, or meets the requirements set forth in section of Title 1418420.1 or 18431.3 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations. An exempt or excluded waste tire facility is not required to obtain a waste tire facility permit.
