Section 17210.6 - Reporting Requirements for an Enforcement Agency(a) The EA shall transmit a copy of the approved waiver to the Board within 15 days of its issuance.(b) The EA shall submit a copy of the operator's written reports to the board within 30 days of the receipt of the reports.Cal.
