(a) The Board may make loans directly from the trust fund to local government to assist in site remedial actions. The loans shall be used to assist the Board in complying with Public Resources Code section 48020 et seq.(b) The regulations contained in this Article set forth the requirements to apply for and receive loan funds from the trust fund.Cal.
