Section 17051 - Board Agreement for Contract, Grant or Loan(a) The Board shall not award a contract or grant, or approve a loan to any person or entity on the Unreliable List, for up to three years from the date of placement on the Unreliable List.(b) This prohibition does not apply to Block Grants awarded pursuant to Public Resources Code section 48690.(c) This prohibition does not apply when the contract, grant or loan is for the purpose of resolving the chronic violations which led to the person or entity's placement on the Unreliable List in accordance with section 17050(g).Cal.
