(a) The agenda for regular meetings of the Conservancy shall be set by the executive officer at least 10 days prior to the meeting.(b) The chairperson may direct that the order of the agenda be altered for any particular meeting, or that any particular item on the agenda be taken out of order when, in the chairperson's opinion, such change is desirable.
