Section 13633 - Withdrawal of Master Plan or Postponement of Action on Master Plan(a) At any time before the chair commences the vote on a port master plan, the port governing body may withdraw the plan from consideration. Withdrawal must be in writing or stated on the record and does not require Commission concurrence. Resubmission of the port master plan pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 30714 shall not take place for 45 days following the request to withdraw.(b) In addition to the procedures set forth in Section 13633(a), the port governing body may request the Commission to postpone consideration of the plan. Where the port governing body determines that it is not prepared to respond to the staff recommendation at the meeting for which the vote is scheduled, the port governing body shall have one right, pursuant to this section, to postpone the vote to a subsequent meeting. Such a request shall be in writing or stated on the record and shall expressly include a waiver of any applicable time limits for Commission action on the plan.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 13633
