The executive director shall post to the Commission's website the text or summary of all relevant communications concerning the LCP or LRDP that are received in the Commission office by the close of business on the last working day of the week prior to the Commission's public hearing. When a sizable number of similar communications is received, the texts need not be reproduced but the Commission shall be informed of the substance of the communications; such communications shall be made available at the appropriate Commission office for inspection by any persons during normal working hours.
