Section 13258 - Withdrawal of Boundary Adjustment Request

At any time before the commission commences the final vote on the boundary adjustment request, the person requesting the boundary adjustment may withdraw the request. The withdrawal must be in writing or stated on the record and does not require commission concurrence.
