Section 13116 - Withdrawal of Appeal

At any time before the Commission commences the roll call for a final vote on an appeal, an appellant may withdraw the associated appeal. The withdrawal must be in writing or stated on the record and does not require Commission concurrence. On withdrawal of all appeals on a matter, the action of the local government shall automatically become final unless the appeal period of Public Resources Code Section 30603 has not run.
