Section 13050 - Scope of Chapter

Except as specifically provided by any subdivision hereof the provisions of this chapter shall govern all coastal development permit applications required under Public Resources Code, Section 30601, and under Public Resources Code, Section 30600 where a local government has not exercised its option to administer permits as provided in Sections 13300-13325 of these regulations.
