Notice of any emergency meeting shall be transmitted to all persons entitled to receive notice pursuant to Government Code 11125.5. In addition, commission members shall be notified by telephone or other reasonable means prior to or immediately following placing of the notice and a reasonable effort shall be made to notify the public of the meeting by posting to the commission website or other reasonable means. Any such notice shall contain a listing of the items to be considered at the emergency meeting. Roll call votes, action taken, and other information about the meeting shall be posted as required by Government Code Section 11125.5.
