Section 13660.5 - Contents of Summary and Recommendation

The summary shall:

(1) list the major activities listed in the OCS plan, for which a consistency certification has been required,

(2) discuss the effect of these activities and their associated facilities, on land or water uses in the coastal zone,

(3) discuss the consistency of such activities and related effects with the mandatory provisions of the CCMP.

The summary shall also specifically list all other Federal permits for which consistency findings have not been enclosed and for which future consistency certification will be required under Section 13660.11 of these regulations.
