Reference in these regulations to "Chapter," "Subchapter," "Article," "Section," and "Subsection" denote subdivisions of these regulations. References to the California Coastal Act of 1976, codified as Division 20 of the Public Resources Code, are in this form: "Public Resources Code, Section__________."
