In accordance with Section of Title 1415301 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of lots, topographical features, vegetation or existing facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to:
(a) Existing natural conditions including trees and other vegetation;(b) Wildlife habitat areas, streamflows, springs and waterholes, and stream channels (i.e., clearing of debris) to protect fish and wildlife resources;(c) Erosion control facilities;(d) Existing public recreational facilities, access roads and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities except where the activity will involve removal of a scenic resource including a stand of trees or a rock outcropping.Cal.
