Section 10381 - Distribution of Application Summary(a) If the Commission did not prepare an environmental assessment, the Executive Director shall distribute the application summary and staff comments to all Commissioners, to the applicant, to all agencies listed in section 10360, to all affected cities and counties, to all individuals and organizations who have requested distribution in writing, to all other persons thought to have a particular interest in the application, and to all agencies that have jurisdiction by law with respect to any proposed activity that is the subject of the application summary no less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing.(b) If the Commission prepared an environmental assessment, the Executive Director shall distribute the application summary no less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled public hearing to all responsible agencies as defined in the California Environmental Quality Act and to all persons and entities listed in section 10381(a).Cal.
