Section 11550 - Grounds for Appeal(a) Any applicant who believes that the Executive Director has improperly determined that an environmental assessment is needed for a project or that the Commission needs the use of a consultant to help prepare an environmental assessment may appeal that determination to the Commission.(b) Any applicant who believes that the Executive Director has improperly determined the amount of an environmental fee or that the environmental fees are unreasonable may appeal that determination to the Commission.Cal.
