Section 7614 - Broker's Bond or Deposit(a) The Yacht and Ship Broker's Bond Endorsement used shall be of the form prescribed and provided by the department.(b) The department may not release its interest in a cash deposit made pursuant to section 731 of the Harbors and Navigation Code until a surety bond, dated to include the period for which the cash deposit was made, is filed with the department.(c) The period required by subsection (b) will not exceed four years.Cal.
