Section 6593.6 - Annual Contract(a) Beginning in fiscal year 2003-04, every participating agency shall enter into an annual contract with the department prior to the start of the fiscal year. The contract shall indicate, at a minimum, the financial aid eligibility allocation amount for the ensuing fiscal year and whether a participating agency is to submit reimbursement claims on a monthly or quarterly basis.(b) The department shall send every participating agency a contract at least 90 days prior to the start of the fiscal year. A participating agency shall sign and return the contract to the department at least 15 days prior to the start of the fiscal year. Failure of a participating agency to sign and return the contract 15 days prior to the start of the fiscal year may result in a participating agency losing its financial aid eligibility allocation for that fiscal year.Cal.
